I make my "Liquid Gold Chocolate Liqueur" at Christmas every year for presents . Lindt 70% … 2/3 dark … 1/3 milk . Thickened cream … evaporated milk … condensed milk . A little instant coffee (optional) … and some vanilla essence . Vodka . Do not know the shelf life ‘cause it get consumed very quickly . Some little lumps ,,, but they are tiny bits of chocolate … (you have to run your finger round the inside of the glass to get those)
