Morning cat...,,yes I think the buy a pair of orange undies campaign is an excellent one!

The other thngs you can try with the drain if none of the above work is, if its hair, you can buy a ltr bottle of stuff which is actually called "hair unclogger" or similar, from B, it's cheap, about $6 for a litre, and you just pour it in. It works really well, I use it in the bathroom and shower drains a lot.

Apart from my eyes feeling like they have heavy steel shutters on them I'm doing okay :^O

Thank you for your email cyn. Will print it out. I thought of showing Mr Ex but then laughed and realised he wouldn't and couldn't give a toss. It's
s l o w l y starting to sink in that I need to think about me and stop wasting energy on thinking about him.

Today I'm planning to tidy my office space and buy new ink for my printer. I might visit a friend if I'm feeling up to it. The bathroom sink is about 70% better than it was.

I'm back at work tomorrow which I'm happy about. I'd much rather be there than at home ignoring Mr Ex ignoring me.

Yes I also think all the amazing advice here should be printed in a book. The aftermath of cheating was not something I knew about, this being the first time for me. Now I know. Now I will have complete understanding of the pain.

Cat, I hope I have not offended you as we have always got on well, I wish nothing but the best for you my dear, whether it was mr and yourself trying again or you going your own way, I thought even though you were hurting badly, you had enough strength of character to work it out right for yourself!
On these forums we can only ever take people as we find them and I have often posted when people are courteous to me I afford them the same respect, but also if I see a friend of mine being seriously hurt by another friend I will say so.
I have been trying to catch up with Crystal to find out just what she meant and hope it was not negative, as I am quite sure you have the compassion and sympathy for what you are going through supported by this forum.

Wow, alot has happened since I was here!!?? Moved residence!? Love all the cushions, and lack of ugly statues and mmmmm what is that yummy smell!!??

We only can be responsible for what WE do. Unfortunatly we cannot control what others are doing, saying or thinking. It's a pain, but true! And of course, we aren't always on the same wavelength as others close to us.

It IS time to look after YOU!! We can be here to listen, offer cyber hugs laughs etc but it really is YOU that needs to take care of you! Be your own best friend! Seriously! I mean who knows better than you, what you are needing right now??!!

Although I'm sure we can all throw hugs your way whenever you need em!!!
