Haha, At my mothers on her BD, my neice brought along a "healthy" cake apparently; it was like a huge hit could really taste the sugar in it.

I'm amazed it's not a big deal to quit, I really don't have a craving for it anymore
I think the craving's there only if one is actively consuming it (always need a top up)
