Political point scoring. Morrison should bear in mind that one of his pals in the cabinet is threatening to take away the phones of those in our concentration camps on Nauru and Manus, thereby cutting off all contact with family members.
And there are people who are detention now for 8 years. Australians need special mental health support for 2 weeks in hotel.
i have only recently managed to finished Behrouz Boochani's book Manus; it was too hard to read what we did to those men. I sort of knew, but to read about it in little day to day incidents, sort of makes it more real. Like that all their personal possession being confiscated, they were not allowed pencils and papers, not allowed to play cards and when they scratched backgammon board into table and tried to play with stones, they were punished.
Every time I feel p......d off because I cannot do something due to the lock down, I think of Manus.

I am not sure why there are so many missing words in my post:
It should have been:
And there are people who are in detention now for 8 years
and
Behrouz Boochani's book about Manus

Victoria records 28 new coronavirus cases as Melbourne's 14-day average drops

'Highly likely' not all Australians will get access to a COVID-19 vaccine at once, so who will have to wait?
well of course not everyone will get first access to a vax when one does turn up whenever that might be.
it'll be the most in danger first then a trickle down until everyone who wants it gets it.
oh, and of course the rich and famous will top the list with the pollies lol

Casey coronavirus cluster centres on five Melbourne households that broke the 5km limit and home-visit rules
on โ19-09-2020 11:24 AM
Yes, and this cluster spread through 3 suburbs, where each of these families live. And each went to different supermarkets, and some went shopping at the mall at Fountaingate, so anybody who has been out in all these locations on certain days now needs to get tested.
If they stayed at home we would be considerably better than the 29 (?) new cases. Apparently couple of people from these families are now in hospital. I have to say I am somewhat short on sympathy for them...............

Down to 21 new cases today, but then we have this happening
