COVID-19 vaccine manufacturer Pfizer has made a big announcement — here's what to make of it

https://www.abc.net.au/news/health/2020-11-10/covid-vaccine-pfizer-what-you-need-to-know-coronavirus...

the fly in the ointment

every year i have a flu vax

the doctor keeps it in a fridge taking it out to give me

this new covid 19 vax has to be kept in a fridge too

but not your ordinary fridge

a fridge that goes to minus 70c!

no one is saying where do you get a fridge that cools to minus 70c?

every doctors surgury and every hospital

anywhere the vax is stored has to have a fridge that cools to minus 70c

nobody is talking about this from the 'experts' side

is there a wharehouse full of these fridges just waiting for orders?

Just a thought.....Do fertility clinics have fridges that cool to that level ? I know in the animal husbandry industry ( artificial insemination ) the straws of genetic material are carried around in containers of dry ice to keep them super-cold. If so there may be quite a few freezers capable of storing the vaccines. Whether they have spare capacity is another matter, but if the freezers are relatively common already it may not be that difficult to produce a few more.

EDIT - just did a google search and it appears genetic material is already commonly stored at temperatures much colder than -70C  so the technology and equipment is already commonly used, well understood and readily available.

South Australia coronavirus cluster grows again as pizza bar link confirmed

Was that only a bit over a week ago ?

South Australia's Police Commissioner announces easing of restrictions on pubs and clubs to one patron per 2 square metres after seven days of donuts.

International flights of repatriated Australians will also resume next week after a South Australian government review of Quarantine procedures saw the introduction of new safety measures including weekly testing of all quarantine staff.

South Australia currently has 230 people in quarantine, down from over 6000 just two weeks ago and only has seven active cases of Corona Virus recorded in the state.

It appears the fast and decisive action of the South Australian Marshall government may have avoided a disaster that could have brought the state to its knees for months and crippled its economy for years to come.

Deported to where? By definition they are Australian, as that's all that are premitted to come into the country.
