I made my own garlic peanut oil on the weekend for a stir fry. I like garlic but in a stir fry it often gets burnt and then it is supposed to be bitter.
This way you have the flavour without the bitterness. I don't know how long you can keep it for but I'm assuming it will last well in the fridge.

I'm liking food more and more that doesn't have any flavours added.
I like to taste the potato, the pumpkin, the carrot, the meat.
I do admit to liking tossed salad with home made oil dressing. Oh, and Sea Salt.
