No not that house... the TV show House Rules.
Who's been watching that so far?
Who makes you want to through something through the TV at them?

Where does Carol get her cheeky little shorty overalls in all sorts of colours?

Sandy, don't be sorry. You have put the article "out there" and mentioned its source. It has proved interesting enough to be commented on by others here. You should be proud.
However, we have to remember the magazines are there to make money, along with the TV stations trying to make money. In fact it is all about MONEY. The media industry is so cut throat. The Packers, Kerry Stokes and Murdochs all became rich from the Media ownership.
Affiliations of magazines, TV stations, newspapers all help each other with cross referencing for the purpose to make money.
So......Channel 9, Womans Day, Daily Telegraph all hold hands.
Channel 7, New Idea and (I think) Fairfax hold hands.
So back on topic, you contributed to the discussion. Just as another discussed a report of the breakup of a couple. And that is what I think CS is about - discussion.

I really doubt anyone who owned over 2 million in property would put themselves through all that work - and if carole's heart isn't really invested in that house like she says it is then she is the world's best actress.
i want ryan and candy to go next, i would like to see carole and russell win but will be just as happy if adam and lisa take it out.
Some people do put themselves through all that work, to have $2m in property, and continue to work hard to attain another $2m in unmortgaged property.

I wish they'd quit changing the days that it is screened on.

Thanks Deb - I reported something I had read in a magazine and never stated they were my opinions. Everyone is aware that the media pumps things up to sell their magazines.
And personally, I would much rather see a real battler have their mortgage paid for - not someone who is renovating an investment property.

It takes a lot more of what we think or see on TV to compete in this show. A contestant has to commit to at least three to four month of filming. Not everyone can take time off from work for that long or have children cared for by family.
Interesting to find what details the producers are wanting from applicants.

Very interesting. They really want to know a lot.
So this bit -
They need to know who owns the property, when the house was purchased, its purchase price and the current mortgage – after all, that’s what the channel will have to cough up if you win. You need to state the current value of the house and how old it is, with details of any renovations.
doesn't fit with the magazine's story on Bomber and Mel.
The magazine said when they were accepted then they looked to buy a
house to renovate

I want Carole and Russell to win, they are older, the others have longer to pay off their mortgage.

Does anyone know why House Rules isn't on tonight?
