Funny you would mention keeping some sd pud in the freezer- I cut off a 1/3 of the one I cooked and popped it in the freezer..

Had a small square of the date cake with coffee this morning- v nice.. and Im thinking it would also be nice with a tart slice of pineapple and of course the raspberries like you suggested

I missed the bit re what George said- but Im really hoping for a full on cooking disaster..lol

not so interested in why they are on the show..or their 'personal journeys' I want to see cooking, or not. haha

I'd like for once to hear a contestant say their 'food dream' is to work in a

3 stars restaurant or to work with so and so.

But noooooo!!  They all seem to want to open sandwich shops, delis

and food vans!

What about the food dream of 'having my own place and cooking locally sourced (sometimes organic) and seasonal produce'..Uh,O.K.

Why not dream big?

I would like for someone to say 'my food dream is to have a world wide franchise of restaurants that cater to all people, who eat all types of food and want to pay me a mountain of $$ to provide it to them..with a new cookbook produced every year, and a TV series, where I cook and taste food all day'..

seriously- its a dream!!!instead of 'I want to open a sandwich bar' or 'I want to have a dessert food truck' what about 'I want to learn a few recipes, not burn stuff and be slave to my kitchen for my family, until I die'....

Since when has Scotch egg- (even if the mince has Asian spices) been Asian???All over Asia, you can hear- 'Mmm, scotch egg, asian style: delicious!' Said no one ever.

Shes had too many opportunities to redeem herself..please, just go home. Tonight. Had the advantage, failed..

Hope Reynold and Matthew are safe. Got to be- dont you think? Its dessert, after all..

Good cook off. 

Hard dessert challenge and they all did really well to replicate that.

But inevitable the Rose would go soon. 

And then there were 9.
