yes, my old faithful is struggling, constant crashes ect.
so last tuesday i bit the bullet and ordered a new box of tricks. ready to go, windows 10 ect ect.
now i'm waiting on delivery but the darn fastway tracking is showing nothing since 'pickup' last friday with 'your parcel is on its way from our sydney depot to our adelaide depot' which it was showing friday afternoon.
how long does it take for fastway to get from sydney to adelaide? i realise the depots are closed on weekends but i bet the trucks dont stop at 5pm friday wherever they are and dont move until monday morning 8am.
there enquirey thing on their website is a nightmare. cant just send a simple email.
so ive contacted the seller, who although telling me on friday the computer was shipped thursday has not even updated my item to show its paid for or sent.
maybe they will tell me where my computer is, i hope so.
ive had to reboot this computer 3 times allready today so i need the new one asap.

all my google searches for a cure to the email printing problem have failed to find a fix and i'm not alone, there are a lot of people getting the same problem.
maybe its a software problem trying to use a pre windows 10 printer with windows 10?
anyway, my 'work around' is i opened a Gmail account and can forward any emails i want to print out there.
wors ok so far.

well having used my new computer for a few days my verdict.
the computer works fine.
but
is it better than my old computer?
do i go WOW this is better?
no, i dont, i cant see any difference.
except its not requiring rebooting often (the problem with my old computer)
so far ive found windows 10 not as good as windows vista pro. i hope in time i get to thinking its a good upgrade.
Edge browser is lousy. so i'm using google chrome.

Vista was the worst of their programs.
I love Win10
I use Edge for the boards and for buying. I love that also.
I've found no problems with any of it.

now i can set the old computer up and use it as backup plus transfer some stuff onto this new computer without needing to swap boxes.
there are photos i forgot to save to a removable drive before swapping over.

27" Nice job. You've almost caught up to me, David.
I use my 36" TV as a monitor and sit on the couch with a cordless keyboard and mouse
on my lap.
No desk job here.
Enjoy your new toy.
