Sorry I haven't been in but our new adsl broadband plan is a week old and this morning I had no internet connection. Rang BP and they advised there was a problem at our local exchange and could take 3-4 days to fix. Just as we were leaving to go to our son's for dinner tonight, the Telstra technician rang to say they had repaired an adsl port at the exchange and all should be OK. Didn't have time to log on and try it but he assured me if all the lights on the modem were green, I would be connected and I am.
I am too tired to read back but I hope everyone is travelling OK today and I will say goodnight.

That's a bit rough. He should have swallowed the loss as now he probably won't get any recommendations by you.
