Shame re your neighbours BC, some people have no concern or respect for the well being of others at all 😞 Do hope you managed to catch up on some rest today. Only too happy too come over and help you, it might have to wait until everything here is finished, so could be in a decade or 2 lol.
It has been a great day for being outside, I managed to get a whole pile of veggie seeds planted and into the shade house, also planted the 2 new natives I bought last week. We re sold one of the ploughs we bought as 2 were enough for the front yard, they guy who bought it picked it up this afternoon and was very pleased with his purchase. I noticed there are now 7 zucchinis all coming along nicely and still heaps of flowers. Given I was so late in planting them, it was a pleasant surprise as I really didnt think they would do much at all.
Mr B managed to get quite a lot of fire wood cut and into the shed, he still heaps to go but we now have quite a bit cut ready for these chilly nights.
Hope everyone had an enjoyable day

Morning all. Same old, same old around here. Nice weather yesterday. Then lightning, thunder and rain last night. The sky is all starry now, so might be another beautiful autumn day.
Will be potting up baby palm trees today. I put 3 in a pot......and hope.

Hello everyone
hope you're enjoying your time on the Sunny Coast az.........maybe by your next visit there, I'll be living nearby ! No offers on the house yet. One couple wanted to put in an offer but found they needed a higher deposit because of being rural or pay mortgage insurance.....they're going to save more, so sensible for them....but a real shame as the house was perfect for them. He's a musician and could make as much noise as he wanted without disturbing anyone..Oh well.
Lots of planting going on, everyones gardens will be looking so beautiful in Spring !
Enjoy the day whatever you're doing.

Good morning, hope everyone is enjoying some sunshine ... ... it's cool and overcast here but not exactly cold.
It's been a busy day here already and has been for hours, but that means that by about lunchtime, I can do some nice things like quilting and designing some special bags to carry music stands in. The concert stands are big, but the bags they came in are a terrible shape, don't have handles (only a shoulder strap) so are cumbersome, unbalanced and hard to control when having to carry more than one. So it's going to be interesting to say the least to see what can be done, but it will be fun.
Hope all here are happy and doing well?
We've done all we can do in the garden area for now, it will just have to look after itself now until Spring!
Bushie, your garden and that whole area is looking fabulous, well done xx
Until the weekend then, happy times everyone xx
