After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

The Development Applications were approved.
Submissions from various groups resulted in certain Conditions.
1. No heavy equipment to be used between dusk and dawn.
2. Conflicting flightpaths with take offs and arrivals to be in an orderly fashion
It is noted: Dept of Water Resources reports show that the quality of natural rain supply though wet, can be haphazard and on occasion it will need to be supplemented by the Body Corporate Manager
3. Height allowances must be maintained as per the Surveyor's Certificate.
Off-the-plan selling of the sites on the Opening Weekend saw a mixture of high hopes, blatant attempts of bullying, and the usual sticky beaks .
Preening males were there, hen-pecked partners were there, flustered females just couldn't seem to make up their minds on which was the best position. Of course those sheltered from the wind were snapped up quickly. Great thought was given to raising a family without prying neighbours.
Mystery flights conducted by Pel-E-Can Tours witnessed a bird's eye view of the event.
About 3 weeks ago, a flock of builders moved in. Dolly birds passing the site had to put up with teasing whistles. The local Whip Bird soon sorted it out.
Top-Notch Construction was one of the first teams on site. They took so long to pick and choose the lumber from the stockpile supplied by Bottlebrush-10. But the new home appears to suit their client.
A crew of Indian Mynahs were seen selling from 7 - 11(am), overpriced food from the Rosella Resauces sponsored lunch truck.
The CFMEU standover team, Possums-R-Us were seen about but the Soldier Bird Solidarity League appeared to have the situation under control. There was no Shrike evidenced.
Black & White Builders had the task of building the high and mighty Penthouse. The team appeared to double as problem solvers as they often had run ins with the Building Inspector, Mr C Hawk who took umbrage with the blue trimmings used.
All homes appear to be finished to a standard consistent with Council's requirements. A bit of feathering of nests is always bound to happen, but the whole estate is quite pleasing to the eye.
It remains to be seen how noisy the chicks will be as they vie for attention from the providore of fine locally sourced and organic ingredients for their meals.
