After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

Good morning everyone. The cooking fails made me laugh. When I was young, my Dad decided to make dessert, ice cream with chocolate tooping, for us four kids. Sounds easy enough, doesn't it? The looks on our faces after we had our first mouthful must have been priceless.  Ice cream with steak sauce is definitely not recommended.

Amber, I hope that you are coping okay with today's heat.

Have to tell you this one about my dear old Dad, we had gone to a serve yourself all you can eat chinese restaurant, they had the serve yourself chinese dishes, a salad bar, and a desert table with flavouring, sprinkles and different deserts and a soft serve icecream machine.

Dad loved his puddin (as he called it) he had filled his desert bowl with soft serve icecream and what he thought were lychees, he got back to the table and started to hook in to his desert he looked at me with the weirdest look on his face and said 'those lychees are off' turned out he had pickled onions with his soft serve

Yuk  Freddie, a friends once made me a lovely lemongrass tea, then put milk and sugar in it, errrrk

My stream mop decided to die this morning, so I have been on my hands and knees scrubbing the bathroom slate floor, not recommended on a hot day but it does look nice 'n clean. I think I will just buy a manual mop when we ar eout on Fri, dont really need another steam one.

I think a tin will last 3 days. Or longer?

Stawks yes i'm still on the cherries I bought another 2 cans yesterday. I also take osteo panadol x 6 daily. I intend giving the cherries at least 2 weeks to see how I go. Stawks have they diagnosed your condition?

Yep.  Osteo arthritis.  Have a pain plan 4 times a day.

Mix it up depending on pain - panadol osteo and pan/forte.

Have days when I take nothing though, so that's good.

Cherries are much nicer though

Freddie are the tinned cherries nice, I''ve never had them. Over Christmas there was an abundance of fresh cherries in the shops, but now there aren't so many, expensive too which is a shame
