From January 2016 parents who do not vaccinate their kids will lose up to $15 000 in allowances/concessions, except in cases of medical and some religious reasons.

Is your mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, child or you having influenza vaccine this month?
If you had an elderly relative or immune compromised child or relative, would you deny them this vaccine?

Vaccination is proper medical treatment. Children die or are suffer permanent injury from diseases that are preventable.
Medical treatment after the disease is contracted doesn't prevent infant deaths.
There are vast amounts of data available about vaccination and disease prevention and although you claim to have researched the subject all your information seems to come directly from the anti-vacc pages.

@secondhand-wonderland wrote:Honestly I've enjoyed this discussion, but this is now getting ridiculous. I cannot believe you think that vaccination trumps clean drinking water and proper treatment and two people have given kudos for that post. You've been completely brainwashed, more so than any religious person. To you vaccines are God. Heck people wont ever need to go to the doctor ever again if they all just vaccinate themselves senseless. And this is the cruxt of your arguement here. By all means feel free to post whatever you like on this topic, but I'm sorry I cant really take you seriously after that..
That poster did not say that vaccination trumps clean drinking water. The two are seperate issues.
And no, nobody claimed that vaccines are God or even God like. Nor did nayone suggest that there will be no need to ever see a doctor again because vaccination. That is most certainly not the crux of the argument.
You really should look into more research by reliable scientists.

what was your comment re the changes after
18 months in reference to?
as far as i know, that has only been connected
to MMR and autism.
what shots are given at 18 months and what
'changes' are believed to be caused by them?
Maybe it's not necessarily the shots given at 18 months but rather an accumulation of all the shots combined that by the time the 18 month ones are administered it's just too much for immature immune systems to handle.
Toddlers stop walking, talking, eating by themselves, playing with their toys, suffer gastro intestinal problems, allergies, anphalactic reactions, dont sleep properly anymore, brain swelling the list goes on and on and on. This is not just me making it up to suit my agenda, people are being compensated in America for these damages. It's not just co incidence, it's real.

As you claim awareness of the "Vaccination court" perhaps you also know how many people have been compensated during the past 20 years or so because their child developed an autism disorder. Would you mind sharing that information?

Here are some people from first world countries who did not have vaccinations.

I don't think the anti-vaccers generally pay too much attention to facts put before them because they'd rather cling to their ill-informed beliefs. No medical procedure or intevention is 100% risk free but to continue to accept debunked "facts" as the truth is nothing short of foolish irresponsibility.
Those children who cannot be vaccinated due to medical or age related reasons need to be protected by the rest of the "herd" that can be. Adults need to keep their boosters up to date or else, they, too, are being irresponsible.

One of the problems that the "$ punishment" might address is the number of parents who take their child for the first, or first couple of injections, and do not follow up with the rest, because of business, or laziness etc. They need to be reminded, but education not punishment should be the first answer.

From a quick search. Heres an article from smh dated sept 14th 2011

I'm not saying whether these sites are credible or not but they are not just anti-vax sites (as far as I know)

That didn't answer the question, nor does it confirm that vaccinations caused autism.
