Winner is the poster with the most kudos and the winner chooses the next theme.

In the case of a tie, the OP chooses the winner.

It does fly.

My dad would make this type of plane when I was very young. Strange what one can remember.

My Dad also showed me how to make a paper plane, but it is different to yours. It also flies, but only sometimes LOL.
