I know who she was and what party she belonged to.
As I said, she was quite a good pollie and keep them honest without being a total PITA like the Greens are.
Or not too obstructionist is probably a better way of putting it. That's why I liked her and to an extent the demoncrats.

No you didn't
Haha, you thought that she was from the Greens. Poor show.

Get real, I always knew she was a Democrat and ex leader of them.
She has never been a rampant rabid Greenie like say Sarah Two dads.

No you didn't
By the way. The other person that you always run down is named Sarah Hanson-Young.

Believe what you like. Not sure why you think I thought she was in the Greens.
She has Green leanings but was never a Greenie. She's even married to a Liberal
Two dads is well known as Sarah two dads, or Australia's dumbest Politician
which she has proved numerous times.
And what is wrong with running her down ?
You do it to Abbott.

Name calling is the tool of the desperate.................... what does her family background have to do with the subject?

We missed it last night Blue, but we love Q&A . We think its a great show and its surprising how many people do watch it. From being on twitter I know that most of the journos are avid watchers and it brings lots of discussion.

@chameleon54 wrote:That was the statistics the panel members where quoting. Stott Despoja did acknowlege that this was the case, but immediatly dismissed the issue of male victims of domestic violence, trying to turn it into some kind of phsudo feminist rant. Very poor form I,m afraid. If males who hate woman are misoginists, what are woman who hate men like Stott Despoja called ?
She dismissed the idea that the services should be gender neutral because it's a gendered issue not a gender neutral issue.

That wasn't the reason. She was not speaking out of a hatred for men at all but out of a concern that 15 women have already been killed this year by their partner or ex.
