Should global warming be a hush topic when there are severe bushfires?

I don't think so, what do others think?

no offence, but the conspiratorial guff just confuses those who have a little trouble understanding the truth of the matter already , and merely muddie the waters further. the facts lay in data not speculative fantasy from a 3rd perspective.

Great joz* but suggest we question/research who and what their agendas - the bodies/corporations that are behind/control and fund both CSIRO and even the Bureau of Met.

good idea. btw, do you know if they have an agenda and who are funding them?

....not smart to believe for the sake of it.

true, but, i dont believe in anything else apart from science & myself

P7: " There are also those (Govts and Corporations) who are and have been for years (and ramping it up more and more every week) messing big time with our weather.

Weather Manipulation.

GeoEngineering

Chemtrailing

HAARP"

Oh goody,  conspiracy theories. I used to love the  outrageous ones from TRBag, and hopefully I will now have a few new ones to entertain me.

I used to do a lot of  chemtrailing (sic) when I  flew jets in the RAF, but we called them contrails.

"HAARP as "a magnet for conspiracy theorists", saying that HAARP attracts their attention because "its purpose seems deeply mysterious to the scientifically uninformed"

Re: Should global warming be a hush topic when there are severe bushfires?

Watch this 30 seconds video:  http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/NPP/news/earth-at-night.html
"This new global view and animation of Earth's city lights is a composite assembled from data acquired by the Suomi NPP satellite. The data was acquired over nine days in April 2012 and 13 days in October 2012. It took 312 orbits to get a clear shot of every parcel of Earth's land surface and islands. This new data was then mapped over existing Blue Marble imagery of Earth to provide a realistic view of the planet."

Have a good look at Australia, see all the lights in areas where there is nothing?  They are wild fires.  They are being started by dry lightning and burn out sometimes considerable areas.  So yes those people who want to say  fires have always been here, they are right, BUT the  severe fires along the coast are getting hotter and more frequent.  It used to be one in 20 years or so, now we are having one or 2 or 3 bad ones just about every year.

ref your comment:" I used to do a lot of  chemtrailing (sic) when I  flew jets in the RAF, but we called them contrails"

Contrails come from planes- and dissipate within minutes usually, longest take up to about 20 mins to dissipate has been occuring since the invention of the jet plane and nothing to worry about.

Chemtrails - come from planes - take hours to slowly 'spread' and as the word suggests contain chemicals.....barium, strontium, aluminium to name a few often used. Chemrailing is becoming more and more common.

I was an airforce brat. I grew up living on airbases.
