I'm obviously stupid as you can get because I don't believe that denial of access justifies murder
I cant think of anything that justifies murder...........I also don't think the current bias against males in the family court is fair or reasonable. I,m simply saying maybe we should pause for a moment before jumping in boots and all to denigrate and persecute anyone who dares to raise the injustices of the family court system and the effects it is having on individuals and families.
If the distress the system is causing individuals results in them murdering their family and committing suicide, there is obviously much more to think about here than just the final horrible outcome.

It would be extremely painful to be seperated from your children but eventually they would become old enough to make their own decisions and if they wanted to see both their parents then they would.
I was denied access to various members of my extended family until I was old enough to make my own decisions.
Turns out that I wasn't that impressed with them either
Family break down is not always a " nice " co-operative and reasonable process. Both fathers and mothers can become nasty and bitter and children can be used as pawns in the adults games.
This can result in the parent with sole custody ( usually the mother, because that's the way the family court system currently works ) telling the children lies and turning them against their father who is not given access and the opportunity to address the lies. The father then becomes enstranged from his children and can have great difficulty in regaining the children's trust. Unfortunately this scenario plays out much more frequently than we would like to think.

What we're actually dicussing here is whether Bettina should keep her gong for justifying the actions of a pedaphile teacher and then a murderer.
Just the fact that she blamed a fifteen year old girl for being raped is enough as far as I'm concerned.
If you want a thread about the family court system then start one.
This lady appears to have a pattern of victim blaming something that infuriates me and needs to be stamped out!
The actions of the family court may well be pivital in the dreadful murder of the family being discussed and highlighted in the OP,s link. The comments are highly relevant to the thread, even if they dont suit the arguments and attitudes of some. If you dont like them, the report innappropriate content link is at the top of the post. Good luck !!!

I started this thread I know what it's about it's not about the family court system.
It's about a woman that thinks that victim blaming is okay and it's not
Mr Smith has written to the chair of the Council for the Order of Australia to formally ask the council to advise the Governor-General to cancel the honour.
Ms Arndt on Friday took to Twitter in support of a Queensland police officer who suggested the possibility Queensland man Rowan Baxter may have been "driven too far" before he doused his family in petrol and set them alight. Mr Baxter died of self-inflicted wounds.
Queensland detective Mark Thompson was taken off the case after making the comments.
"Congratulations to the Queensland police for keeping an open mind and awaiting proper evidence, including the possibility that Rowan Baxter might have been 'driven too far'," Ms Arndt said.
Again I suggest you report my post as innapropriate content if you dont like it. Like always on this forum, just becuase you start a thread it does not mean you can then dictate who posts and what their views on the subject are. Sorry if you dont like to hear that there may actually be another side to this story that doesnt suit your view of the world.
