Tas mentioned there was a good thread on - What's for Dinner.
Seems it ended up - a bit ' snooty '.
So - no fancy - dancy - stuff - just good fresh ideas for dins.
Oh - & Freddie - just loved the zucchini slice - if you could just put it here one more time - I swear not to lose it again.
And please - this time add the - zucchinis. lol.
Here - tonight - Chicken Schnit's with salad.

Have been wondering what I would have for dinner tonight.
Have not had T-bone for quite a while. Have been to the shops.
Will start cooking it shortly. Going to make some sauce using spicey red sauce, worcestershire sauce, and some diced onions.
Cook that in the frypan for a while & in goes the steak to cook with it. Will have it with a potato which is already in the oven,
and maybe some peas & corn.
Eating alone again tonight.

I have to confess that we had poached eggs on toast tonight.
Late today, I tried to make choux pastry, but once again, you guessed it ... ......

My dinner for one.
Plus my beer.
I have never done it using Spicy Red. Have always used Tomato .
Went to cook it and discovered we were out of theTomato sauce.
I fry the onions first then pour in the worcestershire & the spicy red.
Cook it till starts to reduce a bit and in goes the steak, the sauce continues to reduce till it is thick.
I think it tastes even better using the Spicy Red.

Sorry to hear that Tas.
What was the problem. had they split, failed to puff up, flatened after they were cooked, too soft. etc.?
