Boys Club Night.
Dinner = Roast Pork ,baked pumpkin, tatoes, & broccoli.
Desert = Beer. ( Had a few helpings)

The crockpot is on (beef pot roast), the yoghurt was made overnight, ice cream made earlier this morning so all is well and I'm on my way to the city!
Beer is a strange concoction! Just like wine, I don't like the taste of it so, consequently, it has to be a little nip of something sweet such as a coffee or perhaps a hazlenut liqueur such as Frangelico etc, or maybe a Sheridans or an orange taste such as Grand Marnier.

Going to make a batch of my yummy pasta meat sauce.
Then I freeze it into servings.
Always ready, boil pasta add heated sauce and top with grated cheese.
30 secs in micro to melt cheese.
Serve with garlic bread n a glass of red.
