Tas mentioned there was a good thread on - What's for Dinner.
Seems it ended up - a bit ' snooty '.
So - no fancy - dancy - stuff - just good fresh ideas for dins.
Oh - & Freddie - just loved the zucchini slice - if you could just put it here one more time - I swear not to lose it again.
And please - this time add the - zucchinis. lol.
Here - tonight - Chicken Schnit's with salad.

Had spagetti bol, and a plate of chips at the local, and a few beers, phoned my wife to pick me up.
Not because of how much I drank, but it was raining heavily again and wasn't going to walk back home.

Last night was seriously rumbled eggs on toast ....
The toast burnt and the cat stole one of the poached eggs so we had to start again ... and everything was running late! ...

There be a giant banana cake in the oven! We haven't made it for quite a long time, so given that Australians are the most highly thought of cake gannets, one must be prepared ...
Pictures later ....

Aw Kopes, I love a bit of char grilled eye fillet.
Meatballs tonight with an Italian sauce, but not with pasta. Doing vegies.

"Thar she blows"
It doesn't usually turn out like a volcano on Mars, but this time it did! I've sliced the top off leaving it in a wagon wheel orientation, so it will be frosted shortly.
Of course, the top slab has been sliced up already and a little of it devoured!

It is yummy Kopes, thankfully, it is moist and sweet (not too sweet) as well. I still haven't frosted it yet, it's in the freezer waiting for the big decision regarding frosting flavour. It might have to be something semi sweet like a mixture of cream cheese and a little icing sugar.
Dinner tonight was a surgically divided salad to go with a thin slice of spiced beefed mummified in a somewhat thin pastry!
