Tas mentioned there was a good thread on - What's for Dinner.
Seems it ended up - a bit ' snooty '.
So - no fancy - dancy - stuff - just good fresh ideas for dins.
Oh - & Freddie - just loved the zucchini slice - if you could just put it here one more time - I swear not to lose it again.
And please - this time add the - zucchinis. lol.
Here - tonight - Chicken Schnit's with salad.

Wow! Now there's a quick plan Stawks .. suddenly, the 'whatever on toast' will change to your pasta idea .. much more tasty xx
I've got everything except the tomato paste and the chilli will have to be powdered, but that probably doesn't matter?

Chilli powder is fine, Tas.
And you can go without the tomato paste. Just gives it a 'deeper' flavour.
But fine without it.
EDIT: dearie me, just re-read the recipe......
FGS don't add oregan hahahaha but add oregano

Thank you very much for the great idea Stawks, much appreciated. I'm off to make it right now so that when Mr. Tas gets back, I can heat it up very quickly on the gas cooker ....

@kopenhagen5wrote:Oooo, with crackling I hope.
I bought some mixed sushi rolls and will cut them up with shoga n wasabi for a light dinner.
Crackling........Of course.
My wife claims it is the best part.
It's in the oven.
I have made a slice, made couple of changes to it, and hope it turns out ok.

Noice goin' Hope it wasn't too hard for ya.
Looks like someone we know.
Kopes, I can't cook anything this weekend.
Hubby is having a procedure in hospital on Monday and his diet is restricted
and bland all weekend.
It would be mean to fill the house with wonderful cooking smells.

The roast.
Was all going well, and to shorten the story, my wife opens the oven door and it's almost on fire.
Sets of the smoke detector which is about 6 or 7 metres away.
I thought it was so funny, and started laughing. I congratulated her for the terrific job.
Had to open all the windows and turn on the ceiling fans.
We did manage to salvage it., and it was ok. The cracking not so good.
