Re: Would you date a Transgender person?

You can't help who you fall inlove with 4Channel. One day, you'll be in a cafe and will look up as a taut, twenty-three year old male swans through the door. You'll be taken aback by his broad shoulders (accentuated by his tight lycra shirt), you'll be mesmerised by the way his blonde tresses flop and frame his tanned forehead and you'll be fascinated by the creases created by his gym shorts. You've never felt like this before and you'll never feel like that again. But his odor, his aroma will betray your calm stillness, that knowingness that you've found the one, the realisation that you were searching for him all your life. You now know who you are. I wish the two of you the greatest happiness.

A lisp under the willow tree
Sticky fumblings in the pocket
Undies into the wash
Don't let mum find out
They're her undies.

Re: Would you date a Transgender person?

One thing I will say about transgenders, including pre-ops, are that they aren't that entertaining on stage. I never understood the appeal of Les Girls and watching Carlotta the other night, reminded me of how bad she was at lip-synching and I had to ask myself, what talent is there in dancing around miming the words to other songs? What do the audience find so intriguing? I would rather listen to a drag queen/trangender sing his/her own songs or covers - that would impress me. But Les Girls and other drag acts like it just bore me. If I want to see camp - I'll watch the Eurovision Song Contest. At least they actually use an ability but I don't see what's so special about miming transsexuals.

When I was very young I went to see the Peter Moselle drag show at Surfer's Paradise. It was an absolute hoot and one of the most fun shows I have ever seen. But I went for a laugh and enjoyment, not as a critic!

Re: Would you date a Transgender person?

Why don't you kudo it, bob? But we might need to reimagine the taut blonde who is another's type (*waves* to Martini) with a stocky Muslim. Then will you kudo?
