Full details about the shooting on the city's east side weren't released, but Mr Williams said at least one adult was home when it happened.

if a people is too stupid or mad to not let every idiot have a gun....but really it's not efficient enough. maybe everyone over there should be entitled to have nukes. or anthrax. or mustard gas or sarin. (no carrier rockets though)
