IT DON’T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS.

Sitting in the home office with a cup of tea keying a few books and listing to bird song (no traffic), and occasionally looking out onto the boat ramp and to watch a squadron of pelicans fishing as tide comes in. Woulnt be dead for quids.
