:_| Washing machine, X-(
I made a post about this ages ago,:|
I was hand washing for my family of six as my machine died,:|
As i couldn't make my mind up on what i should buy i kept at hand washing, Until 4 weeks ago and bought a 5.5kg fisher and paykel top loader. Thinking it was so nice to finally have a machineB-)
I hate this machine, Its so rough on the fabrics it has torn a few items of clothing because it causes them to get stuck under the agitator. X-(
So i call the fisher and paykel help line and had a repairman out under warranty to assess the machine.
He looked at it and said it was all fine and to wash all clothes in a mesh bag.(never ever heard of machine) requiring this either.?:|
But still gets the mesh bag caught and tore it open during the cycle and now have a item stuck under the agitator once again and won't budge X-(. Grrr I have had enough of this rubbish. Then on top of this it leaves excessive lint on the clothes (yes i separate very carefully) I use half the liqard omo detergent and clothes still don't seem very well rinsed either:_|. I use the right cycle for what fabrics im washing etc, Im not stupid:^O
Tomorrow im taking the machine back to the good guys and making a stand on a full refund or replacement to another brand and if i have to make a song and dance till they help me out so bloody be it as they haven't been at all helpful either. .:_|:O:|X-(;\
So if any of you can tell me of your experiences with a excellant washing machine im all ears, ๐
Thank you for your understanding but i needed to vent about this disgraceful appliance.

how come you have time to be on the computer, wasting time in forums? I wouldn't class this place as being overly educational, although somethings seen in here do make the mind boggle
Do the children get to do any music or craft after school? Do they play sport?

Children are no longer in after school care as they aren't learning, So my mother is now supervising them after school.
we live close to the school so its a very short walk for them to come home.

another question, but I understand if you don't want to answer. What sort of school do the kids attend?

I came to the forums in hope i could find some people who have the same religion aspects as i have and that has not happened yet.
My children do sport on the weekend, They do art in school which is a waste of time because i feel they are missing out on learning, I'm yet to talk to the school about this issue as id like to try and encourage the school to have more religion classes for my children to attend too.

My children attend a Private School called my lady.

Art is not a waste of time really, it encompasses creativity, discipline, imagination etc.
There are quite a few posters here with Religious beliefs.... however, most have learned to curb it a tad.... as this is not really a Religious forum. ๐

Does it have a particular Religious affiliation?

I fear the children are not getting a broad education. There is more to this life on earth than religion and current affairs.
There is beauty in music and art that reflects the beauty of this earth. It's a remarkable planet.

Exactly.....
I really feel for your children, you have them so regimented, they may as well be in the army.

Agree.
As someone raised in a very strict and regimented family - not religious though but my father brought his child rearing ideas from the old country - I left home as soon as I had the means to. We were never allowed any fun, always had to study and study some more, always inundated with black and white views of the world and other people, always told that my parents way of child raising was superior - I would not describe it as a happy childhood. Enough said.
Back to the topic of the thread - I have an 8kg LG turbo drum without the central agitator. It's a bit like a cross b/w the good points of a top loader and front loader. Love it.
