Who do I speak to in the head office of eBay about this? I was bidding on a handbag, first bid and then the minute until it was ending, the OWNER of the bag counter bid,.. auction ended,.. I contacted her and said too bad I lost,.. happy for you on the sale. She then messaged me back saying, bag still on sale.... that got me thinking,..why? She said she recently moved, LOST the bag but found it and its for sale. I didn't understand this,.. then I wrote back I would be glad to buy on my bidding price, she then said that price is higher now. So she wasn't happy with the auction outcome, didn't think of doing a RESERVE price first which you do if you want a certain amount back to you,.. instead she denied me my bid, and re-posted the sale,.. how is that fair???   This person is New South Wales seller.      I am a bit miffed by this,.. no bag is worth this treatment. I receive an error message which says "Oops, this user id does not exist". Whenever I try to edit my collection. I normally edit whenever my watch lists are full.   Though I have previously lost all items in my watch list, and they have never been recovered. Ebay is driving me nuts. I have continually tried to communicate with the help service but after the initial contact is made the keys on my pc will no register my issues, the whole system goes into temporary suspension and lock up. If this is an issue with my ISP or ebay I have no idea. But still I have no resolution to my issues which are: First you need to speak to me regarding this payment and detail what its for. Outstanding Payment Due: £22.99 especially since I have not sold anything through ebay for months, my understanding is if I sell it and you take a fee then that’s OK but if I don’t sell it why are you deducting £22.99? Second you are trying to retrieve money from an account that was closed 2 years ago. Third all my payments in the past have gone through pay pal why isn't this still the case. Fourth selling my account details to a credit agency is despicable and needs explaining. I am available always to talk through this matter, but be aware I am angry at the selling of my details to third parties and am looking for a way to prosecute in view of the adverts that are currently being aired. As far as I am aware ebay and pay pal are still owned by the same agencies. Fifth it would appear and agency connected with ebay has tried passing itself off to get my banking details. How do you contact customer service? Where is the email or the phone number? That customer service page is utterly frustrating as it is utterly irrelevant and as such cannot contact anybody as you go on continous loops, as the page tries to steer you into wasting more time.
