Hi, I have noticed that when I email a seller a question and I receive a copy of that email in my inbox the "Reply To" address is incorrect. All other information - From / Subject / Date / To - is correct. How do I change the "Reply To" address. I use an Apple Mac Desktop with Safari. Regards, Wayne

A purchased item was DOA. I contacted seller (did not give them my phone numbers) & they phoned me ONCE on my home phone - leaving a message, THEN followed up with an email because we were not home. I thought my details were protected until a dispute was put into action (which is not the case -yet)

In my account under "my ebay :sold I want to see a list of all my sales showing the item sold, sale price, postage, sale date. At the drop down box the most i can see is the last 2 months of sales. Is it possible to view all of my sales, or at least beyond 2 months ? thanks Will

i recently received notice from ebay stating they will delete my account in 30 days if i don't sign in.just wanted to clear things up, i have been active since last yr but the thing ks i auto-saved my log in details for ebay so whenever i visit eba it autologs me in (so since i haven't technically logeed in and out did ebay assume my account was dormant?) so what should i do to insure my accont is kept active?? i have signed back in, deleted my saved ebay password so that i'll only be able to log in manually and log back out.does this mean i have confirmed to ebay that i'm still active (i have been loggong in and out for past 5 days) . i want to know if ebay will not delete my account after this because i like my account since i have worked hard to get good rep from my sellers.it was a close call if ebay had not emailed me a notice,it was a newbie mistake that i have learnt so i hope.it is sorted out now.cheers 🙂

Long story. I needed to change isp and therefore changed my email address. When i choose a new addy it was my ebay id and now that its been set up I find that ebay wont allow the id to b an email prefix. If i change my ebay id will i lose my feed back score? Glenn

I had to open a second ebay account as I have a new registered business but I still have my own private items. Problem is I had accumulated a good feedback score but this carried over into my on line store and my private ebay account has no feedback score whatsoever. The question is did I handle this the right way, or what should I have done and what do I do now? ?:| I havent started listing in this account with zero feedback yet. Appreciate any comments. Cheers
