I am posting this question in the hope that someone at ebay will read it and take some action ACTION. I have been a member on ebay for over 10 years with this and another account and wonder if anyone else is having this same problem. I am NOT receiving payments into my bank account ( properly verified by ebay) with payments being stuck in the " in progress" mode for over 6 weeks.  Each time I contact ebay by phone or Chat Line complaining about this situation ( and believe me its been lots !} I have been assured it it is a problem with Ebays ADYEN program ( not of my doing ) and it will be fixed soon  - my complaints have been escalated but still not resolved.  In the meantime I am getting recent payments and some that were well over due ( only small amounts)  but not earlier larger payouts amounting to over $850.00.  Each time I contact ebay it is an impenetrable wall of "All care but No responsibility"  I am at the point of reporting ebay to Dept. of Consumer Affairs  for very shoddy business practices. Wanted to sell an item, never had before, the item was $1000 my listing was deleted and my account "temporarily" suspended due to suspicious activity on the account. Didn't tell my it's because I couldn't sell an item for that amount, just that I needed to verify my account.  EBay customer service chat proceeded to say it was permanently deleted and that they could not discuss why and that was that and closed the chat. There was no room to discuss any mistake I made and to rectify this. Great customer service!!! Most of the vehicles in my country are Holden. But we can't look up parts to fit because some genius IT doesn't understand that Holden is a brand of products & not just a business name.   I'm actually getting damn sick & tired of some algorithm covering my pages in garbage things that have little or nothing to do with the specific product I am looking up.  "When I ask for a timing belt for a Holden 6VEi motor,  It does not mean I want a idler pulley for a serpentine belt for a Holden Astra"   & above all hatred of hatreds;    Pages & pages of sponsored adverts of stuff that has nothing at all to do with what I'm looking up, but I now have to go through all this **bleep** because they are paying eBay to advertise them.    It's nearly easier, quicker & same price to go looking for products in a shop physically. Hi All,  I recently received an email from ebay saying that my account is associated with another account,  which is currently restricted on eBay. As a result my account has also been restricted. I have never seen the account that they named and have never bought, sold, or had bids on my items from this account.  I have spoken to eBay about this and they asked that I message the user of this other account to ask them to rectify the issues with their restricted account so that mine can be resolved. It seems crazy to me that I should have to contact a complete stranger on eBay and ask them to sort themselves out. I contacted the eBay bidding department and they confirmed that I haven't had a selling or buying interaction with this user.  They said the only option I have is to contact this user and ask them to comply.. I have contacted Ebay 3 times now ( starting Oct 25th )regarding ID verification, I’m probably one of the few people who does not have photo ID. In my conversations with them they have accepted 2 other forms (verified in chat conversation transcript) , each time I contact them bar the last time they have said my account WILL be verified in 3-5 days, last conversation was 1-3 days. I have funds on hold & it isn’t really a small amount. The item sold was picked up weeks ago.
