Hi I am a little confused, I got a statement for ebay for last month (December 2014) saying I owe $21.88. On my paypal it still has pending till the 21st January but on my ebay account it has amount due as of 18th January $0.    Is my money coming out of my account/ pay pal still as there is no recent withdrawals for $21.88? I have been trying to get Ebay to reply to an email I did send some days ago. Still waiting. Although I updatee my postal address, one item from my last purchase was send to Alice Springs, NT, while I changed my postal address to Tara, Queensland. So I am up for additional postal charges. Listed an ipod, new buyer with nil feedback purchased near end of sale period, i sent invoice nearly straight away, they replied immediately. 'Hi there, I am terribly sorry but I wasn't in the right state of mind when I pressed the bid button. I don't know what I can do to make up for this mistake, I can only say that I am terribly, terribly sorry that I cannot buy this item because I do not have the money. I have been a private seller on Ebay in Australia for many years. I now want to open an USA account under a business name for international dropshipping. In setting up the account the information for the addresss and phone number was incorrectly added. I have been back into the Account section and there is no option to Edit. The only option is Create which doesn't respond to being able to change the information. Can I cancel the Account and start again?
