I ordered an item last Wednesday 22nd Sept. Seller lists the item as would be shipped next day. It has not been, and even though I have sent 2 messages there has been no reply. How do you contact Ebay to complain
How do you know it has not been shipped yet?
Not all sellers upload tracking immediately.
Ask the seller about the status of your order before even thinking about any other action.
Be aware that once a seller has posted an item there could be a considerable delay before AP delivers it.....the delays at present are horrific and the seller is not to blame at all.
