The order was paid on 15 Feb. and supplier claims that dispatch was shortly after payment. I wanted to buy the item now - and make immediate payment of $150 US (as stated) The only additional fee was shipping - listed at $25.42 US. Unlike other items this Seller has available, there was 0 further charges - including $0 GPS fees. I proceeded to checkout where the total was $175.42 US as expected. I could NOT find any reference to additional charges or fees (including presumably, fees on behalf of GSP). concerned due to several other sales recently incurring unexpected GSP charges (not specified/included in final invoice), I opted to change my payment method from PayPal to credit/debit card. I then noticed that PayPal would still process any credit card payment I made. Even entering my card details, the balance owing/to be paid, remained $175.42. Once again concerned by PayPal's involvement, I decided to withhold making an immediate purchase and instead, added the item to my cart. Having done so, I then noticed that additional charges were listed in the itemised cart listing. According to my cart, the following fees are associated with the purchase of this item   Quantity: 1 AU $197.78. (US $150)   Expedited (10-15 business days) International Priority Shipping + US $13.27 AU $17.50   Import charges + US $35.28 AU $46   The total payable jumped from $175.42 US to $198.55 US.   my question is how and why is this occurring? An item had $38.30 US postage to Australia before I bid. After I bid the first time, postage went to $38.68. I was not the highest bidder so I bid a second time and the postage went to $38.72. I know it's only 42 cents, but when does it stop? How do you know what the actual shipping cost is? The item is in the US and the seller is using the Global Shipping Program. Hi Guys,    I have just noticed my street number is incorrect and have now contacted the sender and updated my account to reflect the change. However when I contacted the seller for the tracking number I was sent a blurred picture and I noticed she hadnt even written the street name only the number and the suburb.    I have requested the tracking number again and also have made her aware that the item is likely to be returned becuase she didnt put the full address however I am yet to hear back.    Does anybody have any suggestions on what I could do? Items i am selling can't be sold too expensive is there any cheaper option i could use to deliver small items who can compete Austpost $7.40 flat rate Australia Wide? i have received a parcel from eBay seller i ordered recently was in only $7.95 with shipping and had two tickets on the parcel $1 each that a paper cutter bigger than my items in weight and size. That means that costs him just $2 which is great but there is no company name on it or eBay label. I have been trying to buy a pair of motorcycle tires from a US company, Chapparal Motorsports.  My friend ordered the same tires about 3 weeks ago and paid AU$261 for the pair which were sent by the Global Shipping method for a cost of AU$34. They were delivered to Australia within 2 weeks. I have tried to order the same tires at same price but when I go to checkout I am directed to a shipping company called Bongo who want me to pay between AU$434 and AU$562 to ship to same address! Chapparal tell me that they have no control over the shipping company.....Why is my order being hijacked by Bongo? I cant even return to my shopping cart once I'm redirected to them! I want to complain about the global shipping program  . A recent purchase of item No. 262871264753 arrived well wrapped but with the container for the item badly damaged , the seller had done the right thing but it was delivered damaged . this is the 2nd item that I have had delivered on this program that has been damaged in the same way . I am not seeking a refund from the seller but from EBAY as it is their delivery program . The item has lost a considerable value due to this damage, it must have been used as a football !! Hi dear,   The delivery is usually done by POST. The items are forcefully stuffed into my small mail box, and once my neighbour delivered personally to my home as he worries that someone might take it. I have 2 other incidents where the goods are "not delivered". Your websites are USELESS not very user friendly. Cannot get simple answer. Received this number It seems like a tracking number UPAAA000000214208454 with no instructions or websites etc. I tried UPS it comes up with not in system. I cannot contact Paypal if they are part of your company I can understand why their website is also absolutely useless.
