I recently purchased item 302194724680, when I realised that the seller gets only half of the final cost Set by ebay and Global Shipping apparently for Customs clearance? For and purchase totaling $12USD, ebay claiming that the seller would get an addition $14USD to post it, Then Global Shipping take $26+USD for Customs etc That seems to me (and the seller by the way) an awfull lot of extras for an item I was told could be posted with the weight and size of a A4 envelope and some cardboard backing enclosed, and what would Customs care about a $12USD item when the threshold for Tax on incoming items to Australia is S1000AUD. I cannot see the value added for the cost of an item of this size and type to be handled by Global Shipping Service, more like a chance to over charge and over complicate something that could and should be cheap and simple

I am trying to get a new invoice for bulk shipping from the Seller. Once I put everything in my shopping cart and try and Request Total from Seller, the following message is displayed: "We're sorry, but we can't complete your request right now." I have contacted eBay and they gave me some instructions for the Seller. I contacted the Seller with the instructions and was told that the instructions are wrong and was given another method to try to get a new invoice. " Remove the items from your shopping cart, but first, open each item in a separate tab on your screen. Then you are going to go through each item and click the Buy It Now icon - on the next screen, commit to Buy, then when you have the screen which tells you to go to pay, collapse the tab and move to the next item. You do not have to move to Make Payment for each item. When you have made all your purchases, go up to your shopping cart which will look a little different with actual purchases, then Request Total from seller" I tried this but there is no 'commit to Buy' screen / tab / button. There was a 'go to cart' option on the screen, so I chose that and continued to fill my shopping cart. But the Request to Seller still did not work. Any suggestions?

I posted an item to a buyer. When she received the package it was damaged and empty. When she went to her local post office she was told it was probably damaged going through a Sorting machine. Not sure what to do now. I am guessing I need to refund customer. Does the customer have to start the process by starting a dispute or do I start from my end. Could really do with some advice. Thanks

Woolworths dominoes. REMOVED states Buy it now and Free Postage but they want to charge postage at bottom of add. They want to charge Combined Postage Welcome. Satchel Prices to cover the postage commission are 500g - $9.25 & 3kg - $15.95 & 5kg - $20.00. This isnt free postage. What is going on here, free postage on all other sellers includes the satchel. This is a bad dishonest seller. Neil.

Buying items from the US and UK to ship to Australia. Why do charges vary so wildly for same thing?I actually hope they all use Ebay international shipping as this is not too steep and is tracked. One seller recently was not able to apply this for some reason (he said) and the high shipping price ruined the sale. Can any seller have Ebay int selling prices automatically come up on their site?

Hi, has anyone experienced problems trying to combine invoice? I've had a few buyers lately purchase multiple items but I can't combine postage for them. I end up having to rein Utes then cop the additional postage fees from eBay. I've looked at all the what to do when this happens scenarios ebay pits up,but they don't work. Can anyone please help?

Does anybody know if Australia Post will offer cheaper international shipping rates than the existing ones for their business account holders? And does anybody know of a reliable international shipping service that has about the same rates as Australia Post or slightly more expensive?

I opened a return case on 12 May as the item arrived faulty and not in good working order as described. Ebay has given me and seller to work it out until 18 May after which I can request Ebay to step in to resolve the case. We have still not worked out on acceptable return as seller wants me to pay for all postage costs, the one that it cost me to get the item shipped and the ones for return. I looked at Ebay return terms and they state that "You must return the item within five business days of requesting the return". So, do I just return it without reaching an agreement with seller and without Ebay resolution centre even getting involved or wait for Ebay to get involved?

Why does postage through your global shipping program cost so much more than ordinary postage? There are no extra charges for deliveries in my country. Postage is postage and that's it.

I bought an item from the US and it arrives in the post office with a big box but nothing inside. Send a message to the seller and the reply is : (This item was shipped through eBays Global Shipping System. Unfortunately we don't have any way to help with this matter. Seeing as how eBay was who shipped you the item you'll have to contact them concerning this matter.) this is the first time it happens on my transaction on ebay does Ebay Global Shipping can answer this matter? I never received when and where to pick up package! I tracked the package and the only # I had was UPAAB000000203996127. I called Bing and Bing couldn't find the package either. I had to contact the shipper to have them track the package from his end and I am still waiting on a response. Why was I not given the correct tracking # and notified where to pick up the package?

Why is your GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM so slow, other companys providing the same service are much faster, The HIGH price we are forced to pay does not equate to the service you provide, why can we not use another service, or other options from FEDEX for items purchased on EBAY ?
