I sold 2 items and combined postage, which obviously the buyer committed to pay. I purchased a pre paid satchel because it's a flat rate everywhere and therefore easier than trying to quote a postage price. There is no postage label from the post office on the packaging because the postage cost is the cost of the satchel, but the buyer now thinks the postage was free and that I have charged her for something I did not pay. There was a $2 charge for the packing materials(lots of bubble wrap and gaffer tape to keep everything unbroken, but other than that the postage was the cost of the satchel. I have sent a photo of the receipt for the satchel to the buyer but it does not have the tracking number on that receipt, only the one for the lodgement of the article which does not have the cost on it. Waiting to hear back from the buyer on this(they are alluding to leaving negative feedback if I do not refund), but wanted to see if anyone had any advice or opinions on this.
