On 28th March 2020 $48.99 was withdrawn from my paypal account to pay the annual fee foe eBay plus. Ki wish to cancel this as I no longer use it. Could I please have a refund. Thanks .

So heres my situation. Late last year I received an email from eBay stating that I had purchased a phone. The delivery address in the email was an address in the UK ( I live in Australia). I contacted eBay immediately stating that I had been hacked and had never placed this order. Ebay advised me to change my password etc. and wait until the charge came up on my credit card statement (Amex) , then lodge a dispute with them. I then lodged a dispute with Amex and was unsuccessful twice as the charge was made from my account in my name and didn't meet their criteria for a refund. Amex advised me to contact PayPal who processed the payment for the hacker using my credit card details (but not through my actual PayPal account). I then lodged a dispute with PayPal who have also rejected it. My question is, where do I go from here? Thank you so much for your help, feeling very stressed/frustrated!

I haven't used paypal in maybe 10 years. I have forgotten my password and have since changed my phone number. The item I purchased yesterday was refunded due to a huge increase in postage due to Covid 19. They have refunded to my paypal account but I can't access it.

Why should I have an unpaid debt recorded against my name when I have attempted to contact the seller when I have contacted them a few times to discuss the matter and received no return. I have told them I will pay again altho I don't believe I have not paid the price. It really does not deserve either the time I have spent trying to communicate with them or the cost involved. Also when I tried to use their message it went to a scam website and was blocked by Google. I am tempted to believe this is a scam and yet this company is being difficult and has exhibited no willingness to either communicate with me to settle the matter or reach compromise. Is this the way they treat their clients? I realize that it is a difficult time in China and elsewhere because of the coronavirus and perhaps communicating in English but that is no reason to insult me when I am willing to negotiate. If eBay chooses to do nothing to resolve this with this company then I will be forced to taper my dealings with eBay itself. I sold an item on Ebay a week ago, posted it to America and the Australia Post Tracker says irt was successfully delivered on Saturday, Payment has niot been cleared from the Pay Pal Account which, according to Pay Pal is an Ebay issue. Why isn't the money available since the parcel was received over 3 days ago? Graham Hayton.

I have now received two emails from Paypal requesting me to click on links and verify my account details. Of course I am not going to do that. The first I ignored, the second I have sent to spoof@paypal.com, so will see what happens there. I logged into my Paypal account after each email and can find no such requests, unless I don't know where to look, but there is nothing under the message centre and I have looked around the account everywhere else and cannot find anything relating to this. I have had this account since 2007, never had a problem of any kind, buying and selling, have a verified account with credit card and bank account added. It seems like a phishing email, but looks very authentic, calling me by my full name. The latest email told me to either click on the links, or log into my Paypal account to verify there. A general web search shows mixed and disturbing results, like one Paypal rep saying it was legit. after the email was dubbed a scam by them, and another person who's details did not match when talking to Paypal by phone, so then requested to send drivers' licence etc. I am just wondering if anyone else is getting these emails. Your thoughts and advice would be appreciated.

A buyer has requested a refund, I've processed the refund via paypal which says the claim has been processed and is complete. Ebay still says the case is open, when trying to refund I can an error which links me to paypal. Do I just need to wait?

PayPal says I have entered into a contract that allows this money to comeout of my account on a regular basis!! WHEN DID I DOTHIS!!!!!???? THEY will not give any details as to who the contract is with and when I signed it!

I purchased an item for US $69.00. I paid AUS $101.25. Why was I charged an extra $48.26 by someone called paypal Global? I had already paid the exchange rate and there was free shipping and delivery. Not happy
