I tried to make a purchase for the last few days, but keep getting error message "We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details." I checked my paypal and it is linking fine with my bank account. (I received confirmation from paypal) Could you help urgently please?

HI I've just noticed a transcation in my banking that I don't recognise, "Payment to Ebay Marketplace 3633240au" for the amount of $38.15. I'm not hugely knowledgeable about Ebay so I have no idea what this is, I didn't purchase anything on the day of this. Just got off the phone to my bank and they said it's a direct debt that's been set up using my BSB and Account details. Any help would sooo appreciated. Thanks Janelle

Problem with Ebay purchase from Seller REMOVED My original total purchase from Gandakorea on 12th November at 5.28 pm was AUD $40.91 including gst and currency coversion from USD to AUD (details of purchase are attached to this document, a summary snapshot provided in text) below Order Total Subtotal AU $37.19 Postage Free GST* AU $3.72 Total AU $40.91 However, I have two payment transactions pending on my account for this one purchase totaling AUD $42.79 (not AUD $40.91) One is from PAYPAL for GST AUD $3.88 One is from GANDAKOREA AUD $38.71 = AUD$42.79. Why two separate payments? I did not authourised this extra AUD$2.79, so it is fraudulent. Why has the one purchase and one transacytion become two with a different total? The bank said to contact the seller, the seller said to contact Ebay. I really hope you have the authoriy and power to clear this up and explain what is going on. I did not authourise a seperate GSTpayment to PAYPAL. GST was included in my original purchase with seller. But neither I did I authorise a purchase price of AUD $38.71 from ganakorea - it was AUD $37.19 (plus GST AUD$3.72) I have attached the order details. I would have attached the two pending tarnsactions on my account, but you only allow one attchment. You obviously need to see these as well. Please address this at your earliest convenience and advise Seller tpaypal or whoever is responsible to credit my account the AUD$2.49 - this is not my oversight , mistake, fault or responsibility to fix. Hello, I have a continuiing problem with payment. For some reason on the 24th October 2018, I was unable to pay for items using with either direct CC or PayPal. I went hrough the general fixes. Deleting my link to PayPal Deleting my browser history (phone and home PC) Trying other cards at the checkout Linking my Eftpos card to eBayy via PayPal linking my bank account to eBay via PayPal. Paypal sees no problem with my acccount - aying it must be a rpblem with eBay. eBay sees nothing wrong with my eBay account, and suggest that I try PayPal. Nothing has worked. Since then I have deleted by Paypal account entirely. I have tried CC only option when in the checkout. I have checked my CC status with my bank. I have used my CC for other transactions with no problem. Yet eBay can't do it. I'm fed up really. My other option is to start another eBay account and another PayPal account. The errors are:- "We are unable to process your PayPal transaction" Error 70360. (I tried only to use CC, not PayPal) or "We are unable to process your PayPal transaction" Error 5100144. Does anyone have any new ideas? Kind regards, Steve

We have contacted the purchaser through Ebay but have no reply as yet. We have the purchase price in our PayPal account but need to get the item to the purchaser. The purchaser is about 500 kilometres away. Do we just send it or do we wait for contact from the purcaser? How do we get the postage cost back. John Liston

The seller proceeded to make a refund to my paypal account. A refund that the seller (apparently) quickly cancelled. I can't raise the issue with paypal because the "system" says that a payment was made so no complaint can be made. How do I get to put my case to paypal?

Paypal has made many mistakes that have cost me. Some months ago they insist that I made my preference my bank account I could not convince them I had not. My preference (highlighted) was Paypal. For this debacle I ended up paying about $35 in dishonour fees. So now before I Confirm and Pay I check that Paypal is highlighted but it didn't work. Last week I bought for $160, the balance in my Paypal account was $180, but lo and behold they chose to use my bank account which I keep very low and accordingly I have copped yet another dishonour fee. I have received emails from them about my account being negtive on one hand ...........but they have fixed that part and my balance is now about $21 which it should be. I don't think it's fair thaT i HAVE TO PAY THESE DISHONOUR FEES for their mess upssssssss.

On about the 30th of september i purchased a air fryer or should say i hadnt quite finished fully purchasing it. I asked for a cancellation which came through but it was still saying i owed the money so i paid it. The seller sent me an email to say it was cancelled. I changed my mind & ordered another. The first one came out of my account along with the 2nd. The seller said they cancelled the first order so i presumed it would get reimbursed into my account. <removed for your privacy> I checked my paypal account & it has come out of my account. Ebay doesn't recognize my Paypal payment method. It shows the email address associated with my Paypal account, but no radio button next to it. I logged into Paypal to find a notification to update my card. It didn't list my Mastercard initially, but did list an expired Visa card. After deleting the expired Visa card the Mastercard appeared in the list. After updating the MC (by validating the CVV) I was able to make purchases from other merchants. Ebay still fails to validate the Paypal account. I have tried with various browsers and devices, all to the same effect.
