i never received the item i ordered and the seller isuued a refund to paypal. sice the seller was cooperative and very nice and agreed to refund me i would like to leave him a positive feedback how can i do that? it says i already left a feedback for him but i didn't ?!

Paypal has made many mistakes that have cost me. Some months ago they insist that I made my preference my bank account I could not convince them I had not. My preference (highlighted) was Paypal. For this debacle I ended up paying about $35 in dishonour fees. So now before I Confirm and Pay I check that Paypal is highlighted but it didn't work. Last week I bought for $160, the balance in my Paypal account was $180, but lo and behold they chose to use my bank account which I keep very low and accordingly I have copped yet another dishonour fee. I have received emails from them about my account being negtive on one hand ...........but they have fixed that part and my balance is now about $21 which it should be. I don't think it's fair thaT i HAVE TO PAY THESE DISHONOUR FEES for their mess upssssssss.

On about the 30th of september i purchased a air fryer or should say i hadnt quite finished fully purchasing it. I asked for a cancellation which came through but it was still saying i owed the money so i paid it. The seller sent me an email to say it was cancelled. I changed my mind & ordered another. The first one came out of my account along with the 2nd. The seller said they cancelled the first order so i presumed it would get reimbursed into my account. <removed for your privacy> I checked my paypal account & it has come out of my account. Ebay doesn't recognize my Paypal payment method. It shows the email address associated with my Paypal account, but no radio button next to it. I logged into Paypal to find a notification to update my card. It didn't list my Mastercard initially, but did list an expired Visa card. After deleting the expired Visa card the Mastercard appeared in the list. After updating the MC (by validating the CVV) I was able to make purchases from other merchants. Ebay still fails to validate the Paypal account. I have tried with various browsers and devices, all to the same effect.

I tried to make a purchase today but each time I tried, with either Paypal or credit card, I got an error saying that I had to choose a different method of payment. I have just discovered that each time I did this, the money came out of my accounts. One payment was returned but the other 9 payments have just come out. I contacted the seller but he/she said that the money had not been received so I would need to contact eBay

contd from Subject cagegory above.: Depsite eBay accepting my email and password after signing in, when I go back to pay for the item, I have to go through the same loop of eBay not recognizing me again. This is most frustrating. Do eBay in Australia have any real live person or techie who could help me sort this problem out, or would the rather duck the issue of real customer service and re-direct me to links and message systems from which I get neither the solution to my problem, nor any real help. Unfairly, the Seller has now been waiting 2 days for payment [I normally pay straight away] and eBay is ramping to advise I will get a black mark for late payment, if I don't pay quickly. it seems to be a catch 22 situation. I have sold an item for $134.89 but PayPal has hold the money from my account until I provide shipping information. But the buyer says he only wants to pay $100 without an item in the bundle. Yet he has paid the full price. I am so confused. I messaged the buyer but he has not replied so I don't know whether he wants the camera with the lens or without it as he offered $100 yet paid the full price.

This is the second time a coupon code hasn't held its credit through the final stages of paypal payment, its noted in the paypal transaction but the paypal final amount shows full pricing and charged amount.No Discount.

For the last few weeks, whenever I try to pay for the items I purchased, it comes up with the same message: "We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details." I have had a PayPal account for over ten years and there is no issue with sufficient money. I have deleted browsing history and have completely quit out of my computer, and turned my computer off and back on and t's STILL happening. Originally it allowed me to pay, but ONLY if I elected to pay one seller at a time - quite annoying with multiple purchases from multiple sellers. But today, it won't even let me select "Pay only this seller." I have lots of items I need to pay for - how am I supposed to pay now?

Hi there, I have just tired to make payment on iPhone X 256G silver, some how after made the payment, the page "Error codes: 70049 70353" showed up. I have never experienced such issue, thougt the page was expired or something, tried again on Iphone X 64g also showed up the same, then tried the 3rd time on Iphone X 256G silver, also came up the page "Error codes: 70049 70353" after the payment. I am really concerned that the payment either have been went through or not. If so, i only need one phone. which have to return the other two payment. If they didnt go through, which means I might miss the chance to get this 20% off for a brand new iPhone X 256G from this dealler. How do I invoice a buyer for postage after the buyer has already completed payment via paypal? Postage is not included in listing as it is generally pickup only.

My 80 year old mother who lives in Athens Greece and doesn't have a paypal or ebay account, has a bank account in a Greek Bank. Can I send money directly to her account via Paypal? She doesn't speak English, so the process has to be as simple as possible. I load money to her bank account from here, (Sydney Australia) and she picks it up from there. Thanks
