Hi there,   I am having trouble sending an email through to ebay about reopening my requests about getting a full refund. I think I made a mismake pressing 1 quantity for each 3 items and only got paid for the 3 items. I never recieved any of the 17 items I brought off the same seller. I purchased an item and got sent an invoice by the seller.  When I click on "pay now" I can't log into PayPal.  If I log in through Pay Pal itselft and not through Ebay there is no problem and I can't see anything that would prevent me from using Paypal.  Does anyone know why this is happening?   Thanks ... Hi   I asked for a refund from the supplier I brought an object from, but they are saying they can't send me the refund as it seems that the funds have been put on hold. and they beleive it is on my end of the ebay purchase. I dont know how this could be as I pay through direct debit and not through paypal.    I brought this item as a guest user and now have an account. I brought an item sometime last year in December on the 18th, but the item never showed up. I contacted and they offered me a refund if it had yet to show up by the 5th of February. It is now the 19th and I have still yet to receive any form of refund or compensation and despite multiple attempts to contact them about the issue they refuse to reply unless I bring up reporting them.  I would have simply left feedback, but when I went to do so today a notice appeared on my laptop screen telling me that I couldn't because the number for the item the I paid for did not exist, or that I had already left feedback (which I have never done.)  I don't know what to do. are refusing to respond and I believe, are looking for excuses and/or reasons to not give me my refund which I am legally entitled to.  How do I report them?  ... On 01.12/2016 I purchased an item from Hong Kong, via Credit card & PayPal... To date(06/02/2017) I've received, NOTHING... I contacted Australia Post(& as everyone should know, they are SLACK as Hell with Delivery!) who want a "Tracking Number"?! What "Tracking Number"?! Then, I've been trying to provide Evidence of My purchase, but eBay Australia website prompts are telling Me, I've purchased nothing & there's NO record of my Purchase? PayPal wants me to "Sign in" but that wasn't necessary when I paid for the item The item is an Antique Brass Cobra head Cane Tip & doesn't come under Australian Customs concern... AustraliaPost won't proceed until I have a "Tracking Number".... All i've got in the way of Evidence, are iPhone photos of the purchase/dates/ATM Withdrawal receipt...
