I ordered a hole punch back in Feb 9th and was told approx delivery 27days when I did not receive it i contacted them and was told once again that they would send it  with a waiting period of another 27days after that period no item arrived so I contacted them again and asked it the item had been sent and I have herd nothing from them. What a way to do business. I have a buyer from Turkey who is interested in an item I have listed. I gave him a postage quote earlier today and he just sent me a message saying "is there any other platform (like Amazon etc.) that you may list the item which will allow me to make the payment via credit card (not processed by PayPal)?". I'm not sure what to tell him, as I thought Paypal was the safest and easiest way to send payment internationally. I am not prepared to list on another site, but is there a reason why he would not want to pay via Credit Card with Paypal? Hi               I have been a regular ebayer mainly in electronics and up to month ago would use paypal to pay for my purchases, but now intermittanly and finally the flash login stopped working. The box appears and I can fill in the login and if I get it wrong it will tell me but if I get it right the wheel spins in the middle of the box then goes up untill it is cut in half at the top of the box and there it stays for as long as you like. A page refresh will clear the box but login in again gives you the same result.               I am running W10 with firefox, I have reinstalled flash, rebooted but nothing appears to fix the problem. Paid a seller but they have not acknowledged money by marking as paid.  Paypal have a transaction and I can see money coming out of my paypal account.  Seller not responding to emails but I cannot open a dispute because according to ebay payment has not been sent (it has).  I cannot get any numbers to call for customer service as the entire process is circular.  Basically if the seller does not mark the payment as paid, you are totally snookered from what I can see ie; you cannot open dispute.  Sent an email to seller showing transaction number coming out of paypal account - they have still not marked as paid (requested it 2 days ago)   Any ideas ... Due to their complete lack of worry about this order, the latest information given to me is that the order has been 'returned'. but they cannot say where to.
