    I recently listed 6 items for sale in separate listings. The one buyer outbid everyone In all 6. Is it fair that paypal seems to always side with the buyer?  I've recently had problems with 2 buyers making false claims, 1 especially.  40 days after they bought a coffee machine from me, admitted to putting it in the dishwasher and using it for 40 days have suddenly said 'lights are flashing' why should this be my problem?  It was in perfect condition!   And if that's not enough have left me bad negative feedback.  Why can't sellers have more of a say and leave negative feedback for the buyer, as they could once upon a time??? :((((( ... I have purchased an item on ebay and received it with damage and if very bad conditions and when I say damaged I mean scratches, dints, stickers, and chipped paint! The seller did not specify these flaws in the description misleading me to think it was in good condition when it was obviously not! And the pictures used for the item made the item look like they were jn very good conditions as it didn't not show any of the damage. I also brought it at a very expensive price. I contacted the seller and she said there was nothing she could do about it as she doesn't accept refunds or returns and I should read the policy before purchasing and told me I should of know the conditions of purchasing something second hand, I believe that it is her as the sellers responsibility to specify the item and it's details. According to ebay I am allowed to get a refund if the sellers item is not the same as the listing. I made a complaint to the ebay board and paypal, but when will I be getting my refund? It seems either my customer or I entered the incorrect PayPal email address to purchase an item from me (ended in htomail.com). My customer says the payment is sill unclaimed in PayPal and cannot it cel it. Hi,   A buyer has purchased 2 items where both listings have finished.  I had both items accepting paymate or direct deposit.  The purchaser wants to pay with PayPal.  I am fine with that.  The problem is I can't revise my item to acccept PayPal Payment because it won't let me now its finished.  Should I contact PayPal ,Ebay or both to allow the buyer to make the transaction via PayPal.  He plans on paying for them on Wednesday.   Thanks ...
