I have been using turbo lister just fine for about a month. I had set up templates, and was using business policies, which made everything so much easier. I updated turbo lister in order to get it to recognise a new store catagory Restarted, reopened the program, go to finish my listings, and discover business policies is completely gone, I have all the individual settings again. On top of that it has wiped my postage/returns/payment infomation from ALL of my pre-existing listings because the info was in policy format. HELP! What did I do wrong? Nothing changed on my account that I am aware of. Are my policies still saved online to my account? (I.E. if I can get business policies back, will all my templates still be there, and then can simply be bulk-edited to restore it all?) It will take hours to manually sort my previous listings and imput payment/postage/return infomation on each one individually, not to mention having to manually enter the infomation for all the listings I was trying to process this afternoon (I have a whole lot that are not actually active atm as well) Is there a way to simply roll back the 'update'? I would have rathered fix the store catagory manually on ebay after listing than break turbo lister. Damnit, first chance I have had to sit down and put new listings up all week and now I don't dare do anything for fear of making the 'break' irreversable.
