Having just spent 4 sessions on a particular chat site (2 of which ended abruptly when things got tough) with only partial satisfaction I throw the subject matter into the ring for the resident experts to hopefully clarify. My query stemmed after the non appearance on an international site (America) of an amended EXISTING Australian listing to include international listing. In precis form, the mixed chat room version(s) were, 1,there is NO blanket guarantee that an international site will accept e.g.the Australian eBayer attempt to list overseas (almost like a privilege), 2. that the non guarantee applies whether the original Australian listing included the necessary correct "Choose Custom Location" etc.procedure, or whether this procedure was introduced DURING the Australian listing period, and 3, there will be an "indexing delay" (up to many hours) before an international listing is successful and will occur and, even so, it was not clear in 4 sessions whether the American listing will be slotted into the corresponding date as the original Australian listing,or whether the international listing will appear as "Newly Listed" in the appropriate category.
Either way it didn't work for me. As the lady said "Give it your best shot"
