i have had to change my email address for ebay and paypal which show correctly when i check my accounts but when i list something for sale the email address ebay are listing in the sale is the old one. How do i change it

I currently sell, and have done for the past 2.5 years, in the section where the Hand Sanitisers and Hand Wash are sold. My product is not a sanitiser, and not something that is being sort after due to shortages in the marketplace. It is an anti-bacterial face wash for acne. EBays price gouging policy has decided that all sellers should be treated as if they are price gouging, and therefore should be prevented from selling their products. I haven't changed anything in my listing prior to or after the pandemic started, yet I can't alter the quantity on the listing to add more stock. A large block of red type appears warning that EBay is aware of price gouging and these lstings can't be altered. That's all good and well if you are doing the wrong thing, but i am not. I have had a "Live Chat" with Ebay and was advised to email EBay with my concerns, which I have done...several times..to no avail. No-one is responding and now my listing is almost a zero stock level, and there is nothing I am able to do to increase the quantity. This is where I get some of my income from,and EBay is directly affecting that with their decision to stop me from increasing the quantity. I'm still paying my fees, yet I can't use the selling platform due to the rules. I am getting nowhere with this and becoming increasingly frustrated. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do as EBay are effectly ignoring my requests to lift this block. They havent replied to me at all. Thanks.

I have just been issued an invoice with an item where I have to return the money as he said it was broken on delivery and PayPal is issuing him with a refund out of my account. I found out I'm not eligible for seller protection on PayPal so is this the same for eBay? The buyer returned it to me all smashed,not wrapped and a complete mess. If it wasn't smashed before it is now. I thought the buyer had to return it to you in fair condition but this was in a terrible state. It wasn't even sealed at all so I'm not sure if I've received all the pieces.it cost me $58 to send it to him and he only paid $38 to send it back to me. It even fell over and everything fell out in the back of the drivers van. I've documented everything with pics, of how I sent it to him, how I received it back, what it looked like before and after, and the receipts from the post office.

i tried to list a draft but realised the photos i attached are not displaying properly. Some photos I can see some are not but when I click on "preview" none of the photes/pictures displaying any images. Please kindly investigate what the issue was and advised. Thank you.

Accepted an offer for an item but the buyer changed his mind and did'nt make the purchase but e-bay still has the item down as sold, trying to make contact with ebay to resolve this has proved to be impossible.

Anyone know how much fee afterpay charges? At the moment ebay have not mentioned anything aprt from this line: "Afterpay normally charges retailers a fee, similar to many other merchant payment services. Neither eBay nor Afterpay will charge you anything extra if a buyer uses Afterpay, nor will these fees be passed on to buyers."

The seller must inform the country of origin of the goods. Just like when we shop at a mall store, we need to know where the product comes from. If I don't trust, I don't buy.

my store has been restricted because we havent put tracking on the orders not sent i ahve expalined i cant put tracking on the orders as we are waiting for the orders to be filled then they can be dispatched we are so busy we are waiting on stock to arrrive everything is running about 5 days late anyone can you help me

I just created a seller's account and listed an item. However, i noticed this item is not appearing when searched on ebay. As my seller's account is new, i'm in process of linking it with my paypal account which might take a day or 2 (as i created a paypal account also exclusively for this purpose). The listing fee of some 1.5AUD is already paid to ebay. Do i have to wait to have my ebay account linked to my paypal account before i see my item appearing on search functions? Or is it some other issue?

I have been emailed about a MC010 account restriction and have no idea what the problem is. I can't call anyone as they are closed due to CV19. So, does anyone have any advice? Thanks

Hi, All of my items for sale on eBay are invitations or party bag tags for birthdays etc. Given current restirictions put in place by the Australian Government in relation to gatherings and social distancing, is there an option to put a hold on my eBay shop so that these items are not available for sale, but so that I do not have to re-create them all when the restrictions are lifted. Otherwise I am paying for insertion fees on items that for the forseeable future will not be sold (but are time consuming to create the multiple amounts of entires). Any suggestions or available holds on isertion fees would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. April.

With the shortage on hand sanitiser I thought ebay said they were going to stop people charging stupid amounts for this product. I just found a listing for 7x200 mill bottles of dettol hand sanitiser on auction going for 10,100.00 and its not finished yet. What is wrong with you people, you should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of desperate people. It's wrong on all levels. Anyone stupid enough to bid on this item deserve to pay through the nose. I guess ebay are not good with their word and stopping this kind of behaviour.

Are you kidding me? I try to sell something internationally after I've bought untold thousands on Ebay and without question I'm told I cannot sell something? Do you realise that a lot of people who have to sell something, have to do it it quickly so they can pay bills?? I doubt I'll receive a quick answer...and therefore I will go another platform to sell, and will probably never return. Unless I get a response in the next few hours...well done Ebay.

I am having a dispute with a buyer who insists that tracking numbers are mandatory on items sold through eBay. The case in point involves a CD which I posted in a bubble wrap envelope. Australia Post treats CDs in bubble wrap envelopes as large letters. The option of tracking is not available for letters, large or small. If I post a vinyl album it goes at a small parcel and I am able to provide a tracking number. I would like a definitive answer on this.

I have been attempting to purchase toilet paper today. Shelves in the supermarkets are empty. Coles and Woolworths have imposed limits on how many units on this product and other items such as rice that people can buy. Ebay is doing nothing and people are being allowed to sell these products at highly inflated prices to desperate people. Should Ebay be a good corprate citizen and prevent these products being listed Australia until the supply situation has been recified and the products are once available to all the people that need it?

I am selling an item with some water damage to it I had written in the description and a picture of this. When the item came up as bought i sent a message noting the damage. The buyer reviewed the listing and asked to canel the order. I put through the cancel request and i have received messages saying it has been cancelled but I can find no where in the listing to put the item back up for sale. It keeps showing as out of stock. Is there anything else I need to do to relist this item?
