Reading previous Q&As, someone mentioned a free post bag. I am interested to know how sellers offering free post on items valued under $10 can afford to do this. What are the options available? Also, how many buyers upgrade to pay other postage options such as express or registered when free post is available? Thanks

I have recieved a sold notification but the buyer has not indicated a payment method or messaged me or asked any questions regarding the item.I have other potential buyers waiting. the item is listed for 7 days so I cant wait too long for an anwer . I have sent a message to the buyer asking for conformation and offering to cancell the transaction. Am I right in thinking this is not a legitimate offer as it is only patially complete? hope someone can answer this for me .cheers G

Auction ended 28th Nov Payment received 30th Nov ($1) I have attempted to contact buyer to organise collection but I'm getting no reply. 1st Attempt - 30th Nov 2nd Attempt - 1st Dec 3rd Attempt - 6th Dec I have sent my mobile number for them to get in touch too. Any idea what I can do from here?

i go to my Bank, get a new account, as a debit/credit account , yes the Bank will send me a card for it in 2 weeks but not right now .. once entered the set up now wants a credit card number, i dont have such a thing . nor do i ever want one , why feed a godam bank with their interest rates! Apparently ebay is more concerned with getting its fees if any, than my security, in not letting any deviate get access to my main trading account although the bank can transfer funds in as required , any way the buyer should be paying in to that account if/ when i make a sale. result so far i cant have a seller account unless i go via Paypal The items i wish to sell sre mostly of agricultual type. ie working stock saddles, cattle handling gear . there do not seem to be categories on the fees list that match these. so how the heck do i list tem? q3: I note most users have a 'nickname' registered for their trading, yet in registering it wants my real name DOB address and gender, so if i post this it will show me under my real name not, an adequate mask for my security.

Anyone else had a problem with Onlineperformance. Purchased a part on 9 Oct but havent got it in the meantime they have deregistered their ebay account. Have opened a dispute but not heard from ebay yet. Paid by paypal but cant open a dispute till ebay has sorted their end. Hope this does not drag on and their is a sunset time for this and i wind up out of pocket.

i have had a look but cant find an answer so a person bided and won now wants to cancel order do i cancel will i still be charged a fee? should i just let them get a strike as the reason for them cancel was they say the post is too much and im overchargin but im not and said if its less i would refund the diference.

I have just tried to list a whole bunch of items but every one has this postage error message. "Postage cost cannot be calculated when the item is located outside the US. Use Flat rate postage" DaHHH ebay. I am registered on eBay Australia. My address is Australia. The item is in Australia. I am posting it from Australia. What does this message mean?? How do i fix it? Is ebay assuming I have somehow got to the US?

How do I change a postage cost on an invoice? A bidder from Singapore won a bid for an item I sold and I only had Australia Postage on the item. I need to increase the postage cost but the invoice will not let me adjust this. Thanks Helen

Has anyone else selling on eBay noticed that the option to click& collect at Big W/Woolworth is appearing on there listings. Not just new listing, but Goods till cancelled BIN listings I have listed before this came in as an option at checkout. unfortunately you don't know it there unless you bring up the listing and view it I just spent the last hour revising my listings and removing this option, I have used it as a buyer, its fine if you are willing to wait weeks to get your item. but as a seller it can effect your seller rating re slow postage time

Hi I have this terrible case filed by a buyer under eBay Money Back Guarantee. She didn't want a dress she ordered and intentionally ripped the Brand New dress and filed a damaged case. Ebay made a decision in favour of buyer which means as a seller I have to pay both way postages and refund the money. I am shocked that this buyer would do such nasty things to send item back. I am also terribly sad that a beautiful brand new Tory Burch dress was ripped. I can't attached a photo due to large size and it shows error when I tried to attach.The dress was terribly ripped on the side. Could anyone please give me some advice? How can I appeal to ebay on this case? Thanks

A buyer purchased two items the same but separately.An invoice was sent on the one not paid for. She said she did not want this one and left it unpaid. I waited for her to cancel, but she didnt so I wrote and asked her to cancel. Because I did not want to cancel the wrong one I said that we need to cancel the one that was invoiced (which incidently was her first purchase) but because the same photo was used in her message I needed to get the correct transaction number. I think this may have put her off side (I did not do this intentionally) and now she has not agreed to the cancellation and not responsive to my message or the one from ebay. Do I pay a FVF (its only a minimal amount) if an item has been left unpaid and I have not opened an unpaid item case. How does a case like this end?

I have checked her feedback of 9...all positive but all saying no payment....why are we no longer alowed to give negative feedback and have to put up with this waste-of-timers.

Hi, Someone has bought one of my items 262712948767. They are sending abusive scare tactic messages and using blackmail in order to get there money back. The item I sold was as is he is claiming I sent him a fake and defaced it myself, showed a photocopyed certificate. He has gone a pretty long distance and has tryed every trick in the book to get his money back also to keep the item. I now do not trust this buyer to send the item back in one piece if he takes my offer of a full discount also postage costs. He even wants to keep it!. He is telling me send me my money back or i'll take it to the fraud squad!, then telling me I will stiff somebody else and he might as well keep it after he gets his refund. This man should be banned from ebay. Id like him to be sent a warning at least and also a blockage on sending bad feedback Thankyou From Ian
