Almost all my items are BIN and I have multiple items of the same thing (cushion covers). Until yesterday I could alter the price in a listing to reflect my fabric costs (sometimes cheaper, sometimes more expensive). Suddenly today I could not do this any more. I needed to raise the price of an item as the cost of that fabric has become substantially more expensive and I saw a message at the top of my listing saying I can't alter price, description etc.   Did this change happen overnight? Hi, i'm not a pro seller and this is a new experience. I've navigated it as best i can but now i'm not sure what to do.   Buyer bid and paid for item but changed his mind. I've had a couple of situations in the past where people have changed their mind and i decided to not just let this one drop like i had previously. I wanted to discourage it so we negotiated rather than simply cancelled the whole deal. We agreed on a partial refund (he didn't want to take delivery) and i refunded, via PayPal all but the agreed amount (i understand some fees will be incurred). - i am now up to here - I have not sent the item - what do i now do with the listing? Custome purchased item for 99c and paid promptly,I contacted her and asked:  do you want to pick up or should I post - She said post Please, as she lives in South Australia (I live in Victoria) Add clearly stated, in at least two different places : Free Pick Up Only of YOU must pay postage I sent invoice for postage on EBAY then posted Item and enclosed the PO receipt for $8.25 and tracking number etc. I have not heard from her since. She does not reply to my emails or any contact via EBAY. EBAY or PAYPAL are no help as my Account states she has paid for item - true,  BUT NOT THE POSTAGE!   Can someone please assist me with an explanation as to why my re-listing up to 3 times disappeared.   When I tried to get a satisfactory answer from eBay, they told me, as I am now a "Power Seller" I am not entitled to it.   I assumed only Businesses were exempt from the automatic free listing.   eBay informed me I am better off with being a "Power Seller", however I disagree with them, given I deal in Collector Stamps selling my surplus from my Hobby and sometimes the "ongoing insertion Fee" is costing me more than the value of a Stamp. Further, I don't really know what a Power Seller is or what additional Benefits I am getting. It just appears to be costing me a lot more and I don't see any additional yBuyers.   Bottom line, how do I get back to basics, in a simple manner.   Any suggestions, Thanking you in anticipation. ... If a Buyer starts an eBay case stating they have not received an item (International), & I have the receipt to show it was posted, what protection do I have from either eBay, Paypal or Australia Post?  The item was not posted Registered mail as this would have been more than the item was worth!  Will I have to refund the buyer even though I only have their word that it was not received, but I have proof of postage, in order not to be given negative feedback?  ...
