100 free listings this weekend? Cannot read T & C's & etc Help Please!

Hello; I'm after some help please from experienced sellers. I received an ebay email offer this afternoon on my ipad, but not on my computer. 100 free listings this weekend only. I cannot open the further details tab to find out start & end times, T's & C's & etc. Did anyone else get that email & can you enlighten me further? 

I'm fairly new to ebay selling & am thankful for any help received. No one else I know & can contact received the same offer. Thanks in advance, Miss Picky.

Did you actually receive an invitation per se as only some people did.

No I didn't receive an invitation so that explains why then.

I have been offered this twice on weekends and taken advantage of it. However ebay offers these freebies to certain sellers according to what they are selling. For example I sell fashion type items but someone selling automotive may not have been offered the same deal.
It's not a scam. Mine was legit

just want to say that it is early for ebay to send out a notice of freebies, it usually comes on the Friday  with little notice not on the Monday. So I would be a bit sus.
