Hi, so 1 person purchased 2 items. As they were going to the same address, I put both items in the 1 package.
Tracking shows only 1 has been delivered and my funds will be available in a couple of days, but the other says that its waiting for delivery - funds on hold.
How can I ensure that I receive funds for both items ive sent and have been delivered?

Did you enter the 2nd item into the tracking ??

Did you put the same tracking number on the second item?, if not it will not show as "delivered"

DOH! Thanks for the reminder, I honestly thought one was magic enough to cover both of them even though it says "Add tracking" on the second item on my dashboard. still
