A buyer wants to cancel the transaction after the auction has ended and they were sucessful.

Twelve hours after the auction ended, the winner bidder contacted me to say that a child accidently bid on the item and that they wanted to cancel the item.  I am VERY unhappy with this.  How do I proceed?

Your buyer can easily have your reply removed as it breaches feedback policy in so many ways.....not the least of which  is the fact that he was not a non payer.  The fact that he did pay is easily verified with paypal and ebay could well sanction you for telling lies.

You could also be in trouble for the message you sent the buyer....ebay is rather strict about bad language.

You probably could have had the neg removed by having ebay read the messages

where they didn't ask for express - that makes them out to be untruthful right there.

But I wouldn't dare ask ebay to read the messages now that you replied in that way.
