I have been having problems registering for managed payments, and even though I have contacted eBay numerous times about it, and have now uploaded all the required documents, they have now suspended my account and ended all my listings!
I first tried to register for managed payments at the beginning of March, but the link provided to upload did not work. I replied to the email a number of times asking for a working link with no response, then phoned to tell them. I was told my call would be noted and that because of that my account would be fine.
Jump to April 27, I received an email asking for all the information again and giving me until June 11 to have it done. I did all of it straight away and received a confirmation email on April 28 that they had received it all.
April 29, my account is suspended and all my (200+) listings have been ended. Even though I had been given until June 11 to have it all done.
Ebay tells me through chat that it will now take 48 business hours to fix this problem. What happens to my loss of sales during this time? And also my loss of sales due to the fact that all my sales history has now disappeared?
I see from other posts that I am not the only one having problems with this. eBay causes all these problems but will only fix it on their own terms and we as sellers are the ones who suffer.

At the end of the day we will all be on 'Mangled Payments'. Our reluctance was to wait until the bugs got ironed out (and thank you to the early adopters) but are still ongoing.
Sign up for a second account at a personal level and work out the 'accounting' later. Unsure if a Tax File Number is necessary. One tip I did pick up on was opening a bank account just for eBay purposes as I wouldn't trust them dipping into my main personal account if linked.

It has now been 13 days, and I am still suspended.
2 x chat sessions with being transferred to 4 different people both times.
3 x phone calls
And they still haven't lifted our suspension.
The last phone call they told me that the previous consultant had made it mistake when submitting the request to it was rejected by the managed payments team! So it had to be remitted *again* for the umteenth time.
And still no response from them.

Your post pushed me over the line and we registered for 'Mangled Payments'. Both accounts were crippled but were selling normally. The secondary account switched over immediately and first payout due today. Primary account is back to full functionality with a status of "You've successfully registered..." and awaiting the switch over.
It's the luck of the draw if you get a good CS person who are few and far between these days. You certainly have been 'Mangled' and still stuck in the mincer !

See that's the thing, our account says that we have successfully registered for manage payments, and that we are on managed payments, but they still have ended all our listings and suspended our account. And no one can tell me why.
Another phone call this morning to another CS person, and she tells me to wait another 7 days! We will be broke by then 😞

it has not been good to read of the difficulties some sellers are having with Managed Payments. The rest of my post might, or might not, help explain the predicament you find yourself in (depending on whether or not your listings are considered to be ‘Motors Listings’)
While looking for something else to do with Managed Payments I came across this eBay page that has FAQs at the bottom. One of the FAQs deals with Motors Listings.
https://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/managed-payments
The spoiler shows a screengrab of the FAQ about Motors Listings
Here is the text from that FAQ:
An important update for Motors Listings
As a part of the transition to eBay managing payments for sellers, there will be changes to the way sellers can list in the Motors category. Until your account is activated for managed payments, all Motors category listings are required to have “Cash on Delivery” as a payment method. Once you are active on the new payments experience, this will be automatically updated to "Cash on Pickup". Any Motors category listing without "Cash on Delivery" selected will be removed to your unsold item folder.
