Payments on Hold.

Ebay should have a tab that indicates that item was received. then to release funds that are on hold.Items could have been picked up or dropped off.

Resolved! Item shows as paid when it is still unpaid.

A repeat buyer has questioned why his purchases are marked as paid when he hasn’t finalised the transaction yet. I can see that eBay has taken final fees but there is not record of payment. How can I alter the payment status of an item?
