Buyer left Negative Feedback this afternoon “Not Received.” They have not opened a case.
I messaged them to say that Australia Post tracking showed it had been delivered this morning “left in a safe place” and asked them to look. If they don’t get back to me there is little point in wasting a Feedback Revision Request on them. I don’t know whether they left this negative Feedback before the delivery date had elapsed, but as they are in Tamborine QLD their delivery could well have been affected by Cyclone Alfred.
Am I able to ask eBay to remove it as tracking clearly shows delivered? Their Feedback shows 2 other “Haven’t received” in the last month. Though I can’t see their point if they don’t open a case. Do I go to Report This Buyer? Or through eBay Chat “speak to an agent”?

Actually the buyer has revised their Feedback, so all is good. It's not always a satisfactory outcome but it was this time.

This may help, re cyclone affected areas, will depend on what date you posted.
Either way I would request a call back via the Help Chat.

Thanks for replying. As an update the buyer messaged me this morning
I have messaged them to say that unfortunately I still have their big red negative feedback; explained that I will be sending them a Feedback Revision and to PLEASE use it to revise their Feedback. I now have to wait 10 days to see if they will. However as they have confirmed by message that they received the item, I imagine I will be able to get eBay to remove it. I'll update with Solution in either case.

Hi siddie, under the new feedback policy, as the FB was for not received and tracking shows delivered, the FB should be automatically removed by ebay.

Thank you I didn't know that. As I have sent Feedback Revision Request I imagine I should wait out the 10 days that that has to run, and then ask eBay.

Why wait? Just get on to eBay chat and ask them to remove it. Once you've provided the relevant information, they'll do it while you wait. They'll tell you it will take 24 to 48 hours before the removal is reflected in your account, but in actual fact it usually takes anywhere between about 20 minutes and 12 hours to disappear.
